Outcomes is a principal education and tutoring company serving New York, New Jersey, and the Hamptons. Founded by Regina Lombardi, an educator with over a decade of classroom and tutoring experience, Outcomes provides a customized academic experience for children age 5 and older. At Outcomes, Regina believes that the academic needs of all young learners can be met in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.
About Regina Lombardi
Regina has a Master’s Degree in Education and over 10 years of teaching experience. In 2008, she was awarded the New Jersey State Teacher of the Year for her school. That honor recognizes educational innovation and student achievement in the classroom. She is a member of the National Education Association (NEA). She currently teaches professional development courses in literacy and math for educators in the tri-state area. Regina is trained in Orton-Gillingham methodologies through The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education.
Inspired by the challenge of teaching young learners, Regina founded Outcomes to share her unique approach to education with a broad spectrum of students and parents. Her personal philosophy about teaching and learning comes from the quote “to educate a child is to turn walls into doors.”
Our Method
At Outcomes, Regina understands that every child learns differently. Regina meets the needs of each individual learner, and develops comprehensive lessons with a multi-sensory approach, employing visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile strengths to each child’s advantage. Well-versed in the latest educational technologies, Regina also recommends and integrates appropriate software and applications to enhance student learning.
